uses, shares and processes your (“User”,
“Patients”, “you”, “your”)
information in relation to your access of its website namely https://consultcannabis.in/ (“Website”).

the Website, we understand that you are aware of this Privacy Policy and its

and acknowledges that we are an intermediary which facilitates the online
medical consultation for Ayurvedic medicines between third party doctors
enlisted on the Website and Users and any such services availed on the Website
shall be a bipartite transaction between the third-party doctor and the User
and we shall not be a party to the same. We accordingly disclaim any and all
liability in respect of the claims that may be made by the User with respect to
the services provided by such third-party doctors.

is personal data and what information do we collect?

Data: It pertains to information that can be used
to directly or indirectly identify you, either from that information alone or
from that information combined with other information we have access to. When
you visit our Website, we collect different kinds of personal data from or

you visit our Website, we may collect data that you provide like, name, age,
gender, mobile number, email id, illness type, medical history, past experience
of using cannabis, drug history etc. We may collect data when you participate
in an online survey, and along with the data you provide, we may also collect

internet browser you use, your operating system (iOS or android), GPS location,
etc.
2.2 Payment
and Billing information:
We might collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method when you book a consultation. We never retain your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our Website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner Razorpay, PayTm, Paykun.

We
collect the information you post in a public space on our Website or on a
third-party social media site belonging to consultcannabis.in.
We are committed to ensuring the privacy
and integrity of your data and accordingly supplement the data protection
requirements under law with additional good practice modalities. The

enabling third-party doctors empaneled on the Website to provide consultation
services to you. We might use your information to
customize your experience with us. This could include displaying content based

our own offers or products, or third-party offers or products we think you
might find interesting.
We use the information to send you transactional
communications. We
might send you emails or SMS about your account or service(s) that you avail

promotional emails, please click on unsubscribe link which is in end of every
email . It may take up to 10 (ten) days to process your request. Even if
you opt-out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you

are empaneled on the Website for providing medical consultation for Ayurvedic medicines.

with companies/third-parties who help us manage our online registration process,
payment process, Website hosting, email service(s), auditing, promotional
activities, transactional message process, etc. Some vendors may be located
outside of India. These third-party service providers have access to personal
information which is needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for

7.3 Court of Law/ Indian Government/ Regulatory: We
may share information to respond to a court order or summons, or when we are
investigating a potential fraud. We may also share your information with the

medical consultation on ayurvedic medicines is intended for adults only.

under the age of 18 years. If we learn that we have collected the personal data
of a person below the age of 18 years, we will take steps to delete the data as
soon as possible. Please immediately contact us if you become aware that
anybody under the age of 18 years has provided us with personal data.
